Hr Executive Trainee

My name is Madhuri and I’ve set up this small spot for Hr Executive Trainee right here in Gaya on Saheed Road. If you know the area, we are just near Veez Hotel by Gandhi Chowk. It gets pretty crowded around here during the day but that’s just how things are in this part of town. I started this because I wanted something local. Being a trainee involves a lot of learning on the fly and figuring things out as I go. The office isn't anything fancy or huge, just a practical space where I handle the daily paperwork and talk to people. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can hardly hear the phone ring. People stop by often just to ask directions since we are so close to the landmark hotel. I spend most of my mornings sorting through files and trying to keep things organized. It’s not always easy keeping up with everything but I stay busy. Bihar can be a tough place to get a business moving but I am sticking with it. It feels good to be working in my own city instead of moving away. I don't have a big team or anything, just me and a couple of others helping out when things get really piled up on the desk.
