Dikku Babu Infratech is based out of Gaya Town, specifically in the Kendui area near the Magadh Medical College. We operate out of the premises of Mala Singh. It is a very busy location because of the hospital being so close, so there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. The office is a practical space where we handle the logistics of our infrastructure projects. It is often dusty because of the local traffic and the nature of our work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is just a place to keep the records straight and meet with the crew before they head out to the sites. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the equipment is where it needs to be. Gaya is a place where you have to be tough and patient to get things done. We know the local blocks and the way the town works, which helps when we run into delays. Our team consists of local people who understand the terrain and the climate here. We don't spend money on fancy branding. We just focus on the physical work that needs doing. Sometimes the work is slow and frustrating, but we just keep at it day by day. It is a simple life of managing projects and people in a hardworking town.
