Our office is over in Durgabari Colony in Gaya. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been settled here for a while now. Common Wheel Infratech Private Limited is run by folks who grew up around here. Zitur Rehman’s family is part of the local fabric, and we work out of a space that feels more like a home than a cold office. Gaya is a place where history is everywhere, but we are more focused on the new things being built. Our days are full of the usual construction business—ordering sand, checking on the masonry, and making sure the permits are all in order. We don't have a bunch of suits or polished presentations. We mostly talk to people face-to-face. If there is a problem at a site, we go there and see it for ourselves. Durgabari Colony is a good base for us because it’s central enough to reach different parts of the district. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a local team doing infrastructure work. Sometimes the heat in Gaya is tough, but we keep at it. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of printed plans laying around. It's a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy ads. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay busy. It’s not always a smooth process, but we deal with things as they come.
