Boab Educational And Welfare Foundation is based out of Noor Manzil in Gaya. We are located in the Noor Compound, which is a place many locals in the 823001 area are familiar with. It’s essentially the home of Khwaja Midhat Noor’s family, and we’ve set up our foundation operations right here. It feels more like a home than an office, to be honest. We have a few rooms where we keep our books and records. Since we focus on education and welfare, there’s usually a lot of talk about schools and local community needs going on. Gaya can be quite hot, but the compound stays relatively cool with the trees around. We aren't some big city corporation. We are just local people trying to help out other local people. You won't find any fancy receptionists or shiny glass walls here. It’s just us sitting in the manzil, working through our lists and meeting with parents or students who need a bit of guidance. We’ve lived here a long time, so we know the struggles people face in this part of Bihar. We just try to do our part without any big show. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, you’ll see our sign. It’s a simple life here, and we like it that way. We just keep working away at our goals every day. It's what we know.
