Bashukinath Buildcon is located in Gaya, specifically in the Pitamaheshwar area at Plot Number 19. We share the space with Sri Shambhu Sharan Singh. It’s a decent-sized plot, and we’ve been here for some time now. Gaya can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we usually start our work very early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Our main focus is building and construction projects around this district. The office is a simple setup with some ceiling fans that stay on all day to keep the air moving. We spend a lot of our time looking over site reports and talking to the masonry crews on the phone. Pitamaheshwar is a well-known part of Gaya, so it isn't hard for people to find us. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people seeing our sites or hearing about us from someone else in the city. We deal with the usual problems like cement delays or rain stopping the work, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a small operation, and we like to keep things personal. We know the local vendors and where to get the right sand for the mix. It’s just regular life for us here, building things one step at a time and making sure the paperwork is done.
