We are located right on College Road in Gaya, not far from the Honda car agency. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of noise. This business, Baldeo Mistri and Sons, has been around for quite a bit now. Sidhnath Vishwakarm is the one running things mostly. It started as a family thing and that is still the core of everything we do. We do a lot of the hands-on work that people in Gaya need. The shop is usually full of various tools and spare parts scattered around. You can hear the constant noise of the road and the cars outside all day long. It's not exactly a quiet place, but we have grown to like it that way. Being near Sri Om Sai Auto makes it really easy to explain to people where we are located. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to do our advertising. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor down the street. We keep the doors open and just try to get through the work as it comes in. Sometimes the floor is a bit messy with metal scraps and bits of wire. That’s just part of being a real workshop. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the jobs we have lined up for the week. It’s a local operation through and through. We know the streets around here very well. College Road is always moving, and we are right there in the middle of it.
