Our office for Awani Empire Developers Private Limited is over on Bageshwari Road in Gaya. We operate out of Sri Sanjay Kumar’s place. Gaya is a place with a lot of history, and we are just trying to do our part in the building side of things here. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people; we are a smaller group that handles development work locally. Working in Bihar means you have to deal with a lot of different things, from the heat to making sure materials show up on time on these busy roads. We spend a lot of our time just managing the day-to-day stuff that comes with construction. It’s not always glamorous work, and there are plenty of long days spent at the sites or sitting in the office going over numbers. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write shiny brochures for us. We just go by our name and the work we have done around town. If you know Bageshwari Road, you know it can get pretty active, but it’s a good central spot for us to reach different parts of Gaya. We try to be practical about everything we do. Building things takes time and patience, and we have learned that the hard way over the years. We just keep our heads down and try to get the jobs done without too much fuss.
