ANTAYA CONTRACTORS AND DEVELOPERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Mastipur, right in the Bodhgaya area of Gaya. It’s an OPC, so it’s a one-person company setup by Sarwati Devi. We mostly do contracting work and development projects around here. Since we are in Bodhgaya, there’s always something happening with the local buildings and small developments. It's a busy spot because of all the people coming through. We work out of our house in Mastipur. It's much easier to manage things from home than having a big office in the middle of town. We handle small construction jobs and some land development when it comes up. Being in Bihar, you have to know how to deal with the local weather and getting materials on time. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just take the contracts and see them through to the end. My family has been in Gaya for a long time, so we know the land here. Antaya Contractors is just our way of making it official. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do regular work and keep the projects moving. The address is easy to find if you know where Raghubans Ray lives. We’re usually around if someone needs to talk about a project.
