We are located in the New Colony area of Gaya, operating out of the house belonging to Smt Rajkishori Devi. It’s a quiet enough spot, which is good when we need to sit down and focus on all the technical details of a construction project. Gaya is a place with a lot of history, and we’re glad to be working here. Our days are filled with the usual tasks you’d expect in this business. We go through a lot of tea while we look over the schedules and make sure the laborers have what they need for the day. It’s not always easy work, and there are plenty of days where things feel a bit disorganized, but we always find a way to get it sorted out. We don’t bother with big marketing slogans or trying to sound like a huge company. We’re just local people who know how to build things. Whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger project, we put in the same amount of effort. The office has piles of papers and samples of tiles or bricks scattered around. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to vendors and making sure deliveries are on their way to the sites. Living and working in Gaya means we see a lot of the same faces, and we like it that way. It’s about being reliable and just getting the job done without making a big fuss about it.
