It’s just a basic office where we can get our work done without distractions. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing or talking on the phone. We don't have a big team of experts. We’re just a few people who care about the local area. Shahganj is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we get a lot of walk-ins. We don't have a formal reception desk; you just walk in and someone will help you out. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different tasks, from helping with local issues to managing the foundation's paperwork. It can be a lot sometimes, and the office gets a bit cluttered with files and ledgers, but we know where everything is. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. We’re just a small foundation doing our best in Jaunpur. It’s honest, everyday work for us and we just keep at it.
