Yooghee Dairy Food Products Private Limited

Working out of K 205 in Prateek Laurel, Sector 120, has its own set of challenges and rewards. We are Yooghee Dairy Food Products. Most of our day involves managing the dairy supplies that come in and go out. Being in a residential complex like Prateek Laurel means we are right in the middle of where people live. It makes the logistics a bit interesting, especially with the security gates and the delivery timings. We deal mostly with ghee and other milk-based items. It is a small operation, run by just a few of us who care about what we’re doing. The kitchen area is always clean, but it usually smells like melting butter. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking the temperature of the storage units. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. I usually just wear something comfortable because there’s always something to move or a spill to wipe up. We try to keep our neighbors happy by not making too much noise during the early hours. It is a simple business, really. We get the dairy products, we pack them, and we get them to the people who want them. There isn't any mystery to it. We just show up and do the work every day. It feels good to be productive and useful.
