Yellowrice Restaurant Private Limited is up on the second floor at D-160. That's in Sector 10 of Noida. Gautam Buddha Nagar has a lot of food spots, and we're just one of them. We focus on the daily running of the restaurant. It's not a fancy place with a bunch of corporate rules. We just show up and cook. Being in Uttar Pradesh, you have to be ready for anything. The power goes out, or it gets really dusty, but we keep the kitchen going. We spend most of our hours at the 201301 address. Sector 10 is a busy area with a lot of small businesses around. We know the other shop owners nearby. It’s a bit of a community. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just people who like to make food. The second floor can be a bit quiet sometimes, but we like it that way. It gives us space to work. We do the prep, the cleaning, and the serving ourselves.
