Xsoni Systems Pvt.Ltd. is located out in Greater Noida at Site 5 in the Surajpur Industrial Area. Specifically, we're at K-240. It’s a large industrial zone, so it can be a bit of a drive to get here from the main city, but there’s plenty of space for what we do. We’ve been set up in this unit for some time. The building is practical and fits our equipment. We spend most of our time inside working on different systems and technical stuff. It’s often loud because of the machines, but we’re used to it. The team here is mostly local guys who’ve been with us since we moved to this spot. We don't have a big reception area or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our work gear. There’s always a lot of dust in the air because of the construction nearby, but that’s just part of being in an industrial area. We keep our schedules pretty tight to make sure everything gets finished. Lunch breaks are usually just us sitting around the back. It’s a simple way of working. No one here cares much for corporate meetings. We just look at the plans and get to work on the assembly. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them on the fly. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but once we’re here, we just put our heads down and get on with the tasks. It’s quiet enough for us to focus.
