Wixxy Restaurant Private Limited is up in Tower 14 at Lotus Boulevard. That's in Sector 100, Noida. It's a big residential area so there's always something going on around here. We are at unit 2503. It's high up. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar means things move fast. We mostly just run the restaurant and try to keep things organized. It's a lot of work in the kitchen and out front. We aren't some big corporate chain, just a local place in Uttar Pradesh, zip code 201304. We spend a lot of time thinking about menus and what people like to eat. Sometimes we run out of things and have to scramble. That's just how it goes in this business. The tower is usually busy with people coming and going. We see a lot of the same faces from the building. It's nice to have regular neighbors. We do our best to stay on top of the cleaning and the prep work. It’s a lot of long hours, especially on weekends. Wixxy Restaurant Private Limited is just our way of working for ourselves. We put in the time at Sector 100 every day. Sometimes the lifts are slow, which is a bit of a pain. But we like the spot. It's our little corner of Noida. Just simple food and hard work, really. We keep the doors open as much as we can.
