We are based over in Sector 64, Noida, at B-16. It’s an industrial area, which is perfect for an export company like Whitestork. We’ve been here for a while now, focusing on sending goods to different parts of the world. The office is pretty functional—lots of desks, files, and phones ringing. We aren't into flashy decorations; we just need a space that works. Our day usually starts early with emails from clients in different time zones. Noida is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with that energy. Exporting involves a lot of rules and regulations, so we spend a good chunk of our time making sure we’ve got all our ducks in a row. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s necessary. We have a small group of people who have been with us for years, so we all know how the others work. We’ve had times when things went wrong, like a shipment getting stuck or a mistake in the documents, but we always just huddle up and figure out a solution. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that people can count on. We value the relationships we’ve built with our suppliers and the shipping agents over the years. It’s a lot of coordination and late nights, but that’s just the nature of the export business. We just take it one day at a time and keep things moving forward.
