Our location at Wellnovo Polyclinic LLP is right inside Prateek Wisteria at House No. D-1402 in Sector-77. Noida can be a bit overwhelming with all the new buildings, but our spot feels a bit more grounded. It isn't a huge medical center with hundreds of staff. It’s actually quite a small operation. We have a few rooms set up for consultations and a little desk where we handle the scheduling. Because we are in a residential area, we see a lot of the same faces from around the complex. It makes the work feel a bit more personal. We don't have those glossy brochures you see in big city hospitals. Instead, we have a few printed sheets and some notebooks where we keep track of things. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a while, so we tell people to give themselves a few extra minutes. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just provide a local clinic service for the folks living nearby in Ghaziabad. Most of us live in Uttar Pradesh and have been in this field for a while. We know it can be stressful when you aren't feeling well, so we just try to be normal, helpful people. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and folders, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular, everyday workplace for us and the local neighbors.
