The foundation is all about helping with school-related things for the local kids. It can get pretty lively around here when there’s a lot going on and the kids are being noisy. We have a few rooms where we manage everything. It’s definitely not a corporate environment. There are books and papers everywhere, and the furniture has certainly seen better days, but it works for our purposes. We don’t have a big mission statement or a bunch of marketing slogans. We just show up and do the work. People from Jalalpur and other parts of Greater Noida know where we are. We like being in Bisrakh because it’s a real community with real needs. We don't try to act like we’re some big shots. We’re just local people who care about how the kids around here are doing. It’s a lot of hours and not much glory, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
