We are based in the Eldeco Aamantran society in Sector 119, Noida. Our unit is S-4/003. Working from within a residential complex like Eldeco is a bit different from having a shop on the high street. It is much quieter here, and we have to follow the society rules about visitors and parking. We mostly handle education solutions from our desks here. The office is basically a modified apartment room. We have a few laptops, a printer that jams occasionally, and a lot of notebooks. Since we are in Sector 119, we are a bit away from the main Ghaziabad chaos, which is a nice change of pace. We spend our mornings responding to emails and talking to students over the phone. Most of our work is done digitally, so we don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, but parents do come by sometimes to discuss their children's futures. We have a small balcony where we sit when the weather is nice. It is a very calm atmosphere, almost like a home office setup. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the education business well. We keep things informal and don't bother with suits or ties. It’s just about getting the work done and helping people find the right schools or courses without any extra fuss.
