We are over here at C-288/19 in Noida, running Vipul Facility Management India Pvt Ltd. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the office, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent coordinating with people all over the city. Managing facilities isn't really a sit-down job. One minute you're talking about a leaky pipe and the next you're trying to figure out a security roster. It’s a lot of phone calls and quick fixes. Noida is a fast place, everything is always moving. We try to keep up with the pace. Our staff is mostly local folks who know the shortcuts and how to get things done without a lot of fuss. We don’t have any of those big corporate manuals. We just use common sense and hard work. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big problem pops up at one of the buildings we look after. It can get stressful, but we’ve been doing this long enough to not let it get to us too much. We focus on the practical side of things. If something is broken, we find someone to fix it. If a floor needs scrubbing, we get it done. It’s simple, really. Just keeping places running so other people can do their own work. That’s our daily life here. We don't need any bells and whistles, just a good set of tools and a reliable team.
