Vin-Rom Agriconcept Llp

Vin-Rom Agriconcept Llp is based over in Greater Noida, specifically at F-007 in the Silver Oak area of the Civil Services Officers Welfare Society. It’s a bit of a long address, but that’s where we do our work. We work on agricultural concepts and ideas. This isn't like a traditional farm out in the middle of a rural field. We’re in a more developed part of Gautam Buddha Nagar, which feels a bit different. Even so, our focus is entirely on the farming sector. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve things for growers who are struggling. It's just a few of us in the office most days. We don't have a big corporate structure or expensive furniture. We mostly just talk to people and look at how agriculture is changing across Uttar Pradesh. The space is simple and a bit cluttered sometimes. We like to keep things practical rather than fancy. People come to us when they have ideas or need a different way of looking at their farm setup. We’re not out there plowing fields ourselves every day, but we are definitely connected to that world. It involves a lot of paperwork and planning. We try to keep a low profile and just do our jobs. It’s an interesting mix of being in a city environment while still focusing on the land. We’ve been here for a bit now and we plan to stay. It's quiet work but we enjoy it.
