Vibrantadz Media Services Private Limited is based out of the Signature Global Mall. We are up on the fourth floor in Office Number 405. It is a bit of a different feeling working in a mall compared to a regular office block. You have all the shops downstairs and people walking around, but once you get up to the fourth floor, it is much quieter. Our space is pretty standard. We have some workstations and a small area for meetings that usually just ends up being where we keep the printer. Ghaziabad is our home base and it’s a good spot for a media business. We spend a lot of time on our computers, working on various ad campaigns and talking to vendors. It’s busy work and there is always a lot to keep track of. The mall has a good food court, so lunch is never a problem, though we usually just grab something quick. We have a decent view from the window which helps when you’ve been working for too many hours. The team is small and we all know each other well. There is no corporate vibe here; we just talk like normal people and get the job done. Sometimes the mall music drifts up, but we don’t mind. It’s just part of being here. We focus on our daily tasks and try to make sure everything is running smoothly without overcomplicating things or using too many big words.
