Vee Kay Cooling Tower

Our workshop and office are located at C 381 in Sector 10. This is an industrial area, so don’t expect a quiet neighborhood. There’s always the sound of metal clanging or engines running from the shops nearby. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the place has a real lived-in feel to it. The walls are a bit stained from the work we do, and there’s usually some dust on the shelves. We have a small section at the front with a couple of desks where we handle the billing and the phone calls. The rest of the space is for the equipment and parts. It gets quite hot in the summer because the building is older and doesn't hold the cool air very well. We use a few big pedestal fans to keep the air moving while we work. It’s a very hands-on environment here at Vee Kay Cooling Tower. You won't find anyone in a suit here. We’re usually in our work clothes, dealing with whatever needs to be fixed or moved. Sector 10 is a maze of similar-looking blocks, but C 381 is easy enough to spot once you’re on the right street. We have a small stove in the back for making tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. It’s a plain, honest workspace where we just focus on getting the job done without any unnecessary distractions. Most days are long, but we like the pace of this industrial block.
