Urbanfarms Foods Private Limited is based out of A-155 Indira Vihar Khora. It’s a busy neighborhood and our space is right in the middle of it. We deal with food products, mostly keeping things simple and direct. The team here isn’t very big, but everyone knows their role. We started this because we needed something stable to work on. Khora can be a bit crowded, which makes logistics interesting some days, but we manage just fine. Our day usually starts pretty early before the sun gets too hot. We don't have a marketing team or anyone writing polished speeches for us. It’s just us doing the daily grind. Some of the equipment we use is older, but we keep it running well. We get our supplies, process what needs to be done, and send it out. It’s straightforward. There are a lot of small businesses around here in Indira Vihar, so we feel right at home. We don't promise anything crazy or pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a food company trying to stay consistent. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. When customers call, they usually talk to the same person every time. That’s just the way we like to run things. It keeps things honest and we don't have to deal with too much red tape within our own walls.
