So, Ur00J Foods & Restro Llp is actually located inside the Eldeco Amantran Apartment complex in Sector 119. Specifically, we are at S1 1105. It’s a bit of a different setup because it’s a residential area in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar. Being in an apartment means we have to be very organized. We run a restaurant and food service from here, so it’s always a bit of a rush when the dinner orders start coming in. The kitchen isn't massive, but we have everything positioned exactly where it needs to be. We have a few delivery bikes that go back and forth all evening. The security guards at the gate know us pretty well by now. It’s a busy life in Uttar Pradesh, especially in this part of Noida. Sometimes we run out of a certain ingredient and one of us has to run down to the local market quickly. We don't use any fancy management software; we just have a big whiteboard where we write down the tasks for the day. It’s a lot of sweating over stoves and making sure the packaging is clean. We don't have a lot of space for a lounge, so we mostly just stand or sit on stools when we take a break. It’s a small, dedicated team. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the orders are correct.
