Unlock Ideas Llp is based at C 244 in Sector 44, Noida. This is a quieter part of town compared to some of the industrial sectors. We have a nice little spot here. It’s not a huge corporate office with a lobby. It’s more like a workspace where we can actually think. We focus on coming up with ideas and doing digital tasks. We don’t have a lot of rules about what people wear or when they take their lunch. As long as the work gets done, we are happy. Noida is a big city, but our corner in Sector 44 feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten used to the way things work. The office is just a regular building with some desks and a meeting table that usually has lunch on it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do right by the people who hire us. There is no fancy jargon used in these walls. We talk normally and work hard. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just take a break until it’s back. It is a very human way of running a business. We like being at C 244 and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It suits us just fine. Most days are just about checking off tasks and chatting over tea.
