Tulip Infratech is based at H-6 in Sector 22, Noida. This area in Uttar Pradesh is constantly changing with new roads and buildings going up all the time. We are right in the thick of it. Our office is a working space, so do not expect anything too polished. We have blueprints spread out over the tables and a few computers that have seen better days. We deal with infrastructure and construction projects. It involves a lot of back-and-forth between the guys on site and the people here in the office. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when a deadline is approaching, but we usually manage to stay calm. We do not use any complicated corporate language. We just build things and try to make sure they stay standing. Our neighbors are mostly other small businesses and we all get along well enough. We do not spend money on big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our previous projects. It is a straightforward way of doing business. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat our lunch together. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small, dedicated team trying to do a good job in Noida. Every day brings a new challenge but we just take it as it comes without making a big fuss.
