Being in Greater Noida West means we’re in a newer part of the city, which is quite different from the older industrial areas. We run our export and import operations from here, and it’s a pretty fast-paced environment. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone, tracking orders and talking to people from all over. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure all the paperwork for the customs is in order. We don’t have a massive warehouse attached to our office, so we have to be very organized with how we move things. Living and working in Gautam Buddha Nagar has its own set of challenges, like the traffic, but we’ve made it work for us. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant corporation. We’re just a group of people who know how to get goods from point A to point B. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always fix them and learn for the next time. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on the shipments we have for the day and make sure they get moving. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and it keeps us on our toes every single day. We try to keep things honest and handle each box with a bit of care.
