We use the space to run a day care and a play school for the local kids. It’s definitely not a corporate environment; it’s more like a busy home with lots of laughter and noise. The 201301 area is a good place to be, and we’ve become part of the neighborhood here in Uttar Pradesh. We don't have a big marketing department or professional photographers. The pictures on our walls are just drawings from the kids. We started this because we wanted a good place for children to spend their days. It’s just a few of us working here, looking after the little ones and teaching them basic things. Sometimes the kids get a bit rowdy, and the place looks like a mess, but that’s just how it goes with a play school. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy goals. We just want the kids to be safe and have a good time while their parents are at work. It’s simple, hands-on work that we all really enjoy. We’ve been here for a while now and know all the families around here. It's a nice way to spend the day and we feel lucky to be doing it as a local business.
