Noida, Sector 119. F 903, Amrapali Platinum Apartment. This is where we operate from. It’s a high-rise building so we have a pretty good view of the surrounding area. Being in a residential complex means it feels a bit different than a regular office. We have to follow all the building rules and the guards at the gate are quite strict about visitors. Inside, it’s just a normal apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. We have desks in the living room and the spare bedroom is used for storage and files. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole team is in, but it works for us. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to get things done. The commute for some of us is a bit long because of the Noida traffic, but once we are here, it’s a good place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our computers. Sometimes we take our breaks in the balcony just to get some fresh air. The apartment complex has a little shop where we get our milk and snacks. It’s a quiet life inside the flat, even if the city outside is loud and busy. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a comfortable setup and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building.
