Trade4Asia Private Limited is located over in Sector 63, at C-60. This part of Noida is full of warehouses and offices, so we are right in the middle of all the industrial action. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we manage our trade across the region. We focus a lot on the Asian markets, which keeps us busy with different regulations and shipping routes. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples and shipping documents scattered around, but we know where everything is. We don’t really bother with a formal dress code or fancy meetings. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over tea and find a solution. The traffic in Sector 63 can be a nightmare during the rush hour, so we often end up staying a bit later to avoid the worst of it. We have a small team of people who handle the logistics and the sourcing side of things. It’s a lot of calling around to find the right prices and making sure the quality is what it should be. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve learned that things rarely go exactly as planned in this business. You just have to be ready to fix things on the fly. We don't have a big corporate philosophy; we just want to trade fairly and keep the business running as best as we can.
