We are located at 155B in the MIG flats of Sector 93, Noida. Tomatovas is an LLP that we run out of this residential spot. C L Sethi is the name on the address, and that’s where we do most of our administrative and kitchen work. Sector 93 is a pretty busy residential hub, and being in the MIG flats means we are surrounded by families and office goers. We spend our days handling various food and drink items, mostly focusing on getting the preparations done for our customers. It’s not a massive operation; it’s just a small group of us making sure everything runs correctly. The kitchen space is limited, so we have to be very organized with our pots, pans, and ingredients. Sometimes the building elevators are busy, which makes it a bit of a workout when we have to carry supplies up to the flat. We don’t have a big corporate structure or any polished slogans. We just work on a daily basis, checking what needs to be bought and what orders need to be filled. The neighborhood is nice, and we’ve gotten used to the daily sounds of the community around us. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks like cleaning, chopping, and packing, but that’s the reality of a small business in Noida. We just try to do our job well without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple, hardworking life here in the flats.
