Our office is in Noida, specifically in Sector-63 which everyone knows is a hub for all sorts of companies. We are at H-78 on the second floor. Tj Career Consultants Services Private Limited is what we call ourselves. Being in Noida means there is always traffic and noise outside, but once you get up to the second floor, it is a bit quieter. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes. Since we are career consultants, people come to us when they are looking for a change or a new start. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking to people and trying to figure out where they might fit. The office layout is pretty basic. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of cabins. Gautam Budh Nagar is a busy place, and Sector-63 has grown so much lately. You can find almost anything around here. We usually just grab lunch from one of the local stalls nearby. It is a lot of work keeping track of everything, but that is how it goes. We do not have any big slogans or anything like that. We just do the consulting work that needs doing every day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just manage and get through the day like everyone else in this part of Noida. It is a lot of spreadsheets and emails, really.
