We’ve been based here in Noida at C-53C for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Sector-33. Most days, we’re just focused on keeping the supplies moving and making sure the boxes get where they need to go. We are a small group at Tirupatimsshree Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular office where we handle the pharmaceutical side of things. People around here know us as a local business. We deal with various medicine stocks. Traffic in Sector-33 can get pretty bad during the evenings, but we manage. We spend a lot of time on the phone with distributors. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria or anything like that; we usually just grab lunch from the stalls nearby. Our main thing is just staying consistent. If you walk by C-53C, you’ll probably see us unloading a van or checking inventory lists. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day. We try to keep things simple here. No one wears suits much. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving around the storage area. It's been a journey setting this up in Noida. We know the roads and the local rhythms well by now. We just keep our heads down and work. There’s always another order to pack or a delivery to coordinate. That’s our life here.
