About Tinyhelp Micro Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in Gautam Buddha Nagar
We operate out of Uma Nagar, at the place of Uday Pratap Singh. It’s more of a personal residence that we’ve dedicated some space to for the Tinyhelp Micro Foundation. Because it’s a house, it feels a lot different than a standard office building. We work out of the front rooms mostly. There’s a small porch where we sit sometimes when the weather is decent. Uma Nagar is a quiet enough area, which helps us focus on what we’re doing. We have a couple of old computers and a printer that jams every other day, but we’ve learned how to fix it with a bit of a shake. The furniture is a mix of stuff we’ve gathered over the years—nothing matches, but it’s all comfortable enough. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We keep a lot of our records in heavy binders on a shelf that’s starting to sag in the middle. It’s a very low-key environment. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing out on the street and you can hear them laughing. We like being part of the community like this. It’s not about being fancy or having a big lobby; it’s just about having a desk and a place to handle our daily business. We keep some potted plants by the window to brighten things up and make it feel more alive.
