We have a small shop, number 28, in the Kanchanjunga Shopping Complex. It’s located in Sector-53 of Noida, which is a busy area with lots of people coming and going. The complex itself has seen better days, but it’s a good home for us. We do food boxes, so our space is mostly taken up by a small kitchen area and a counter for packing. It gets pretty cramped when we have a big order to get out. There’s usually the smell of whatever we are preparing that day drifting out into the hallway. We aren't a big chain or anything; it’s just a local business with a few people who like to cook and organize things. The "About Us" is really just us showing up every day and making sure the ingredients are fresh and the boxes are packed right. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of polished photos. We just rely on people in the neighborhood knowing where we are. Sometimes the power in the complex cuts out and we have to wait it out, but mostly we are just busy with the daily routine. We write our orders on a chalkboard and use a regular old calculator for the bills. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps things honest. We just like what we do.
