The Bakery Mart

Down in Sector 93 of Gautam Buddha Nagar, you will find us at The Bakery Mart. It is a busy spot and the traffic outside can be a real headache sometimes. We are usually here before the sun even comes up. The first thing we do is get the ovens going and start checking the flour supplies. It is a lot of repetitive work but there is something nice about the routine. The shop isn't very large so we have to be careful about where we stack the crates and the fresh supplies. Sometimes people come in just because they like the smell of the place while they are walking to work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the shelves don't stay empty for too long. We have some regular customers from the local apartments who come in every single morning. They usually want the same thing every time and we try to have it ready for them. Dealing with the suppliers is probably the hardest part of the job because they are often running late or getting lost. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to track down where the milk or the sugar went. In the evenings, we start cleaning up the counters and getting ready for the next day. It is a simple life and we are happy enough with how things are running in Sector 93 right now.
