Working from Flat No. 2304 in Tower C6 of Cleo County gives us a pretty wide view of Sector 121 in Noida. Being on the 23rd floor means we spend a fair amount of time waiting for the elevators, but once we are up here, it’s a good place to concentrate. We are Tekintegral Consulting, and we’ve set up our private limited company in this residential tower. It’s not your typical office with a front desk and a lobby. Instead, it feels more like a workspace where we can actually think. We deal with a lot of technical and consulting tasks, which usually means our desks are covered in notes and gadgets. The atmosphere is pretty casual; we don't have a boss walking around in a suit. We just know what needs to get done and we do it. Sometimes we look out the window at the construction happening nearby or the traffic on the main road. It’s a modern building, so things usually work well, which is a plus for us. We aren't a huge team, but we’ve been working together long enough that we have a good flow. It’s a simple setup in a nice part of Noida, and we find that being away from the main commercial hubs helps us stay focused on the actual work without too many distractions. We keep things grounded and just focus on solving the problems our clients bring to us every day.
