Swapnil'S Kitchen Private Limited

Swapnil’S Kitchen is basically run out of J-Block in Sector 41. We are at House Number 125, so it’s a residential area rather than a commercial market. This means things stay relatively quiet around here compared to the main roads of Noida. We started this kitchen because we wanted to cook the kind of food we eat at home. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen chopping vegetables or checking the spices. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who have been with us for a while. Sector 41 is a nice place to work because it feels like a neighborhood. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat while we’re packing up orders for delivery. We have to be mindful of the noise since we are in a residential block, so we try not to keep the fans running too loud late at night. The address can be a bit tricky for new drivers to find because the J-Block layout is a little confusing if you don't live here. We usually just tell them we are near the corner house. It’s a lot of manual labor, from carrying heavy grocery bags to scrubbing the floors every evening. We don’t have a fancy website or a mission statement. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure the kitchen stays clean. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy every single day.
