Swamini Maa Ganga Nidhi Limited is located in Vaidantola, and we operate out of Deepak Kumar’s place. It’s a small neighborhood where everyone basically knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a big neon sign or a fancy lobby. It’s just a room with some tables and chairs where we handle the daily business. Being in a "tola" means it’s very local. We aren't looking to expand all over India or anything like that. We just want to help the people right here in our own street and the ones nearby. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking to people who drop in. Sometimes they come in with their kids, and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. It’s a community thing. We don't use a lot of complicated language when we talk about money. We just explain things simply so everyone understands what’s going on with their savings. The office is usually a bit messy with ledgers and files, but we know where everything is. It’s not the most professional-looking setup if you’re used to big banks in the city, but it works for us and our neighbors. We’re just regular people trying to make things a little easier for the folks in Vaidantola. It’s a practical way to help out, and we’re happy to be doing it right here from home with the people we have known for years.
