Swa-Jay School Of Human Resourcedevelopment Private Limited is based in Greater Noida. We are over in Sector-PI, specifically at Eldeco Green Meadows. Our address is Plot No-12, Pocket-C. It’s a nice residential area in Gautam Buddha Nagar, which makes for a pretty calm working environment. We don’t have a big campus or anything. It’s more of a specialized school for human resource development. We spend our time here in Uttar Pradesh teaching and working with people who want to get better at their jobs. The 201310 area is where we feel at home. Our team is small, and we don’t have much interest in looking like a big corporate entity. We just have our classrooms and our office space where we plan things out. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, but we usually try to keep normal hours. We aren't out here to win any awards. We just want to provide a place where people can learn about HR without it being too complicated. The office can be a bit quiet some days, and then really busy the next. That’s just the nature of this kind of work. We enjoy being a local business and getting to know the people who come to us. It’s simple, steady work. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing our ways anytime soon. It’s just us doing our thing and helping out where we can.
