Our place is located at H-50 in the UPSIDC Industrial Area, Site 5, which is out in Greater Noida. Being in Gautam Budh Nagar means we’re surrounded by factories and big industrial warehouses. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where the real work happens. The building is quite large, and we have a mix of office space and storage areas. It’s often quite dusty because of the trucks moving on the dirt roads nearby. We try to keep the office clean, but it’s a constant battle. We’ve got some basic desks and a few filing cabinets that have been with us since we started Supertech Cooling Tower Pvt Ltd. There’s a small area out front where we can park a couple of vehicles. Inside, the lighting is just standard fluorescent tubes, and it can be a bit dim on cloudy days. We don’t have any big corporate signs or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a project or checking some inventory. It’s a very practical environment. We have a small kitchen area where we eat our lunch and have tea together. The noise from the surrounding industrial site is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We’re just a team of people who show up every day to this spot in Site 5 and do what needs to be done. It’s a no-nonsense kind of life.
