Sunrise Estate Management Services

Sunrise Estate Management Services is based in Sector 40, Noida. You can find us at F64, C6/130. Noida is a big place with lots of residential sectors, and we are right in the middle of one. We spend our time looking after buildings and making sure everything is running okay. It’s a lot of different tasks, like checking on security or making sure the common areas are clean. Sector 40 is a fairly established part of the city. Our office is just a small room where we keep our logs and keys. It’s not very fancy, just some desks and a couple of computers. We deal with residents and maintenance people all day long. Sometimes it’s a bit stressful when something breaks, but that’s the job. We have been here for a while and we know the area well. The 201301 area code is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a corporate gig. We are just regular people trying to keep the estates in good shape. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Some days are quiet and some days everything happens at once. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful to the people living here. If a light bulb goes out in a hallway or a gate gets stuck, we are the ones who get the call.
