Sumonika Foods Private Limited is located at 69/110 V. T. Road in Mansarover. If you spend any time in this part of Jaipur, you know that V. T. Road is a pretty major landmark. We’ve been set up in this spot for a while now and it’s where all the magic happens. It’s mostly just us sitting around a few desks or moving boxes around in the back. The food business is a lot more about timing than people realize. We spend a lot of our mornings making sure everything is fresh and ready to go. The office is a bit small for the number of people we have, so it gets pretty loud when the phones start ringing. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and you're right there in the middle of it. We like it that way because it keeps everyone involved in what’s going on. Mansarover is a huge residential area, so we get a lot of locals walking by and sometimes they pop their heads in just to see what’s happening. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do a decent job and make sure our families are taken care of. It’s hard work and the summer heat in Jaipur doesn't make it any easier, but we get by.
