Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co,. Ltd

Our setup for Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co,. Ltd is located at Rail Vihar in Alpha-I, Greater Noida. It’s a bit different out here compared to the middle of Delhi, as things are spread out a bit more. We are in apartment A-803, which serves as our main base for the local operations. It’s a bit of a mix between a home and an office, which makes the long hours a little easier to handle. We have our desks set up near the windows where there is some light. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on schedules for different building projects. Greater Noida is still growing, so there is always some new construction happening nearby. We don't have a big sign out front or a receptionist sitting at a desk. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us sitting around a table drinking tea and going over some technical drawings. We try to keep things low-key and just focus on the engineering and the labor stuff. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies get to the right place at the right time. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and getting things built properly without any unnecessary delays. It is a quiet way of working, but we stay busy enough with the projects we have currently on the go.
