Our place is Sugary Heaven Food And Beverages Private Limited. We're situated at number 6, Shivalik Puram. It's a decent area, not too crowded but busy enough. We started this because we wanted to get into the food business. We handle a variety of things, mostly focused on sweets and different drinks. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. It's always smelling like sugar or something baking. We have a small team of workers who have been with us since we opened the doors. It's not a huge operation like the big brands you see on TV. We’re just a local outfit trying to make things that people actually want to eat. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to rush to the market, which is a bit of a mess. The floor is usually a bit sticky by the end of the shift, no matter how much we clean. We don't have a fancy website or a big social media thing. Most people find us by word of mouth or just by walking past Shivalik Puram. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different recipes. Not all of them work, but that’s part of the job. It's a lot of trial and error. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s honest and it keeps us busy every day.
