Our place is at Plot No. 50&51, part of Khasra No. 141 in Kehrai. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s where Styron Pharmaceuticals Private Limited operates from. We have a fair amount of space here, which is good because we need it for all the storage. The roads out here in Kehrai can be a bit bumpy, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't some fancy firm with a glass building. It’s more of a functional setup. We focus on the pharmaceutical side of things without all the unnecessary stuff. There’s usually a bit of dust because of the nearby construction, but we keep the inside clean. We have a few people working the shifts. It’s a lot of manual logging and checking batches. Styron Pharmaceuticals Private Limited started small and we haven't really felt the need to act like we’re bigger than we are. We know our customers and they know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the generator, which is loud, but we make it work. It’s just part of the daily life here. We don't spend money on fancy logos or big parties. We just put our energy into the actual business. It’s a straightforward way of working and it suits us just fine.
