Studio DRA

Our office is D-149 in Sector 10, Noida. It’s quite close to the Noida Stadium, so if you know that area, you can find us easily. Studio DRA is basically an architecture and design studio. We have a few big tables where we spread out our drawings. There’s always coffee on the go. We do a lot of drafting and sitting in front of screens. It’s not as glamorous as people think. There is a lot of talking about building codes and measurements that have to be exactly right. We’ve been in this Sector 10 spot for a while now. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of places to grab a quick lunch. We aren't a huge team, just a few people who know how to draw and plan. Sometimes we go out to the sites to see how the builders are doing. It’s good to get out of the office and see things actually being built. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just focus on the drawings we have in front of us. Some projects take months and others go by fast. We just take them as they come. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and engineers. We just try to get the plans right so nobody has problems later. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy seeing the buildings go up.
