We are out in Noida Sector 72 at C 124. The area is still developing in some parts, so there is often construction noise around the building. Our office is a plain concrete structure. Inside, it is mostly open space where we handle our daily operations for Stonewood India Pvt Ltd. We have some samples of materials lying around on the tables. It’s not a very quiet place because of the fans and the computers running all the time. We work on a lot of different projects involving wood and stone finishes. Most of the staff has been here for a couple of years. We aren't big on meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs doing. The kitchen area is small, just enough for a microwave and a water cooler. We tend to eat lunch together around two. There’s a lot of back and forth with vendors and shipping companies. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, which is a nuisance. We keep a whiteboard by the door to list what needs to be shipped out each day. It’s a straightforward environment. No one wears suits here. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving things around the warehouse area. It is a functional space meant for work. We stay busy with orders coming in from different parts of the country throughout the week.
