Solvestore

Ganga Market is one of those places in Noida that always feels like it’s moving. Solvestore is right there on the main road, not too far from Bhardwaj Hospital. Because we are on the main road, we get a lot of dust and noise from the buses and cars passing by all day. The shop itself is tucked into the market, and we have our goods laid out so people can see them as they walk past. It’s not the biggest store, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. If you come in, you’ll probably see us rearranging boxes or cleaning the glass counters. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who take turns watching the front and handling the stock. There are days when it’s really quiet and we just sit and watch the people go by in the market. Other days, it’s a bit of a rush and we are constantly moving. We have a small stool behind the counter where we take turns sitting down. The lights inside are a bit yellow, giving the place a dull but cozy feel. We don’t do any big advertising or anything like that. People mostly just know we are here because they pass by on their way to the hospital or the other shops. It’s a simple life, running a store in a busy market like this. We just keep the doors open and wait for customers.
