We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We'd rather have good equipment for the jobs we do. The summers are tough because the sun hits the front of the building all day, but we have some old air conditioners that try their best. We've been in Noida for a while now and have seen the sector change quite a bit. There are more food stalls outside now than there used to be. Most of us have been working together for a long time.
